Can I change my diet plan during the current subscription?
Yes, you can change the type of diet/goals you want to achieve or exclude
certain ingredients from the plan at any time within the app.
How can I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to “Settings” app on your phone. Tap on your name and click
“Subscriptions”. Select “Mybestshapeapp” from the list and tap “Cancel
Subscription”.
Android: Go to the Play Store App. Go to your profile and select
“Subscriptions” and then select “Mybestshapeapp”. Click “Cancel
Subscription” at the bottom.
Web: Under profile, go to “Subscription plan”, and cancel your subscription
there.
How can I change my subscription?
To change your subscription plan, you need to cancel your current
subscription, wait for the subscription to expire, and then select the
desired subscription duration type.
How can I purchase a subscription?
iOS Purchases for iOS are processed by Apple's App Store and will be charged
via your iTunes account.
Android Purchases for Android are processed by Google's Play Store and will
charged via your Play Store account
Web On the homepage go to ‘Create an account’ to purchase full access to the
app.
How do I know when my subscription expires?
iOS & Android: Go to (Profile) > [Settings⚙️] > [Premium★ button]
Web: Go to profile, go to “Subscription plan”, and see the expiration date

For food related questions you use the "Chat with Nutritionist" option.
Click on the plus + button visible in the app, then select "Chat with

Is there a free trial I can use?
Currently, Mybestshape offers a 3-day free trial. You can fully test the
app during this period.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, Mybestshape is an ongoing subscription with a recurring subscription
fee.

How can I change the chosen diet?
WEB: Click on your profile (top right corner), then go to "Update plan" and
click on “set your new nutrition plan”. Follow the steps from there.
APP: Go to your profile (bottom right corner), then click on Settings (top
left corner), and navigate to "Select diet" and click on the name of your
current diet. This will expand a menu with all available options.
How can I change the goal/weight/type of activity/gender?
WEB: Click on your profile (top right corner), then go to "Update plan" and
click on “set your new nutrition plan”. Follow the steps from there.
APP: Click on: Profile (bottom right corner), then click on Settings (top
left corner), and navigate to "User Information".
Some features of the application are not working while I am abroad. What
does this mean?
Your phone's operating system retrieves geolocation, which means that the
application may be unavailable in certain countries, but in principle -
within the EU, this issue affects a negligible percentage of potential
users.
How can I connect the application with a health app on my
phone?
Please check if it's possible to connect this application with "Apple
Health" or "Google Fit". Then, please go to the MBS App -> Profile ->
Settings -> Sport Apps. Connect your Apple Health/Google fit account.
How can I replace a meal in my daily plan?
To replace a meal in your daily plan in the Mybestshape app, follow these
steps:
1. Open the My Best Shape app on your device.
2. Locate the tab or section containing your meal plan.
3. Find the meal you want to replace and select it.
4. In iOS & android simply swipe left; and click the ‘replace 🔄’ icon
5. Browse through the available meal options and choose the one you want to
substitute for the original meal.
6. Once you've made your selection, adjust the calorie count if necessary by
selecting the meal and confirm the changes.
Where can I find the shopping list?
Open the application and go to the "Shopping" tab. At the top of the screen,
you can choose whether My Best Shape should display the list for today or a
specific time frame.
How can I add a product in the app?
1. Use the ‘plus +’ button.
2. Click on "Add food".
3. Then, click on the plus icon in the top right corner and select "Add your
product".
4. Enter the name of the product and specify the product type and nutrients.
5. Once you have finished entering the information, click the "Save" button
in the top right corner of the app.
How can I add my own recipe in the app?
To add your own meal, follow these steps:
1. Use the ‘plus +’ button.
2. Click on "Add food”.
3. Then, click on the plus icon in the top right corner and select "Add your
recipe".
4. Enter the name of the meal, specify the preparation time, and add the
ingredients.
5. You can also provide cooking instructions and add a photo, if desired.
6. Once you have finished entering the information, click the "Save" button
in the top right corner of the app.
Are there any discount codes available?
When we have sales you’ll be the first one to know by subscribing to our

Where do I enter a discount code?
When purchasing through the website or the app, enter the discount code
under the available subscription options.
Why are there different discount codes for individual subscription plans?
Unfortunately this is the requirement of the the IOS app store itself and we
can’t change that. On Android we work with the same method.

If I purchase a subscription at a discounted price, will that price be
valid indefinitely?
The lower promotional discount applies for a specific period of time. If you
purchase app access for a month at the discounted price, that price will be
valid for one month, and similarly for other durations. After that period,
the app will be available at the regular price.
If I purchase the app during a promotion and link my payment card to the
subscription, will the automatically deducted amount from my account after
the promotional period be the promotional price or the regular
price?
The promotional price of the app is valid for a specific period of time.
Once the subscription period purchased at the promotional price expires, the
cost reverts to the regular amount. It's worth grabbing a discount on an
annual subscription at a lower price, which means that throughout the year
you’ll be enjoying a lower price.
